"My family and I visited Cha'ah Restaurant yesterday to celebrate my birthday, and I was genuinely surprised and delighted by the entire experience. It truly is a hidden gem in Butuan City! From the moment we arrived, the service was fast, efficient, and incredibly good. What really stood out was the staff - everyone was exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome, which elevated the whole celebration. The quality of the meals was outstanding. My wife, daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed everything we ordered. The flavors were spot on, and the presentation was excellent. I only wish I had known about this place sooner. We were happy with everything from the delicious food to the warm atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and will definitely be back soon to have a nice lunch there. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Food was good, portioning was big and was great value for money. Ambiance and interior was nice. One thing im concerned about is nobody is checking the guests/customers food and experience satisfaction on tables. May it be supervisor or manager, and Noticeably some staffs are casually sitting on other tables, roaming around and chatting and even loudly singing while guests are having dinner. Understandably its a restobar and there is live singing but still it does not look too good. Brownies taste good but a bit too hard, choco moist cake was also good but dry. (it should be moist, hence the name) Overall experience was good, I look forward to see the establishments in Butuan to improve, and to see it succeed for a long time. Part of that is to improve the services and not just interiors. Thank you for the experience and good food."

"Cha’ah Restobar is a truly amazing place. I had a great meal last night and came back for more tonight! Mark the head waiter provided excellent service and even offer me a complimentary drink. It has great atmosphere and always has a lot of people which speaks volumes. Also it has live music and singing to add to the ambience"

"I recently visited the newest branch of Cha Ah for lunch on a Saturday. The interior design and ambiance were quite pleasant. The establishment is spacious enough to accommodate a group of friends. We ordered several of their signature dishes, which were all delectable. However, the other dishes were slightly too salty for my taste preferences. The beverage menu offered a wide selection. I opted for their Classic Thai Milk Tea with boba, but the boba was slightly too firm for my liking. Overall, Cha Ah is an excellent establishment for relaxation and socializing with friends, while also providing a satisfying dining experience."

"Went there on Sunday, apparently we cannot order ala carte since they're having a buffet night so we went on with it. Ordered a couple of drinks for my friends to pass time and waited for dinner. The drinks were good btw. Food was decent. I liked the beef something, I forgot the name. Staffs were attentive too. However, there was so many mosquitos outside. It would be so much better if they were able to provide an electric fan at least. Will definitely visit again, once I'm back in BXU."

"They have a cool ambiance. Very nice interior. The food was great. I liked the dragonfruit smoothie more than the mango. We just did not like the service when we paid the bill. First, their system denied our credit card and second, it took them a looooong time to process the payment even when we paid it in cash already. That needs to be improved."

"The experience was great. Although we expected a more diverse food selection for the buffet compared to their regular menu. Hoping for a wider selection of food for the buffet next time. But overall, the place was great. The ambience felt like you weren't in Butuan. The food was good as usual. Overall a good experience."

"The place suggests that you make a reservation ahead of time but also caters to walk in customers. They offer both ala carte and buffet dining options with ala carte dining on weekdays and buffet dining on the weekends. Buffet food choices were good although the options were a bit limited. Nevertheless, this restobar’s buffet is worth your buck. A major drawback though is the absence of complimentary drinks such as iced tea or lemonade - they only have service water. If you want to get drinks, you will have to order from their separate drinks menu on which the prices are a little inflated. The ambiance of the place is very nice and cozy - something that the patrons wouldn’t hesitate to post on their social media profiles. The airconditioning units were able to maintain good temperature inside. What supplements the already good ambiance was the live jazz music and the prompt service - thanks to their inhouse saxophonist and service crews. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely consider visiting back soon."
